I haven't built a snowman in a while, and I nearly forgot how much fun it can be.

A quick reminder that if you haven't had a flu shot and would like one, to contact one of the medical personal! We have a clinic and anyone is free to stop by, we also have potions available for those that are nervous about needles. They're awful Please use common sense as we get into cold and flu season. Remember to wash your hands, and minimize contact with those that are sick, and if you are sick to clean any surface or object you come in contact with.

Do you want to try skiing again? I think my bruises feel better after the first time. Or we can try something else.

I always thought I'd be super excited to exit my teen years, but I have to say, the snow aside? Twenty feels pretty anti-climatic.

I've been told if I need something I can put in a request? I don't need many things, I don't take up that much space, and I pride myself on being able to adapt quickly, but I'm struggling to do that here without my dragon, Lockheed. He's my companion and my best friend.

I realize when one hears 'dragon' their knee jerk reaction is to probably say 'no'. But, he is cat-sized and doesn't breathe fire unless he's defending himself. He can also take care of himself because he comes from an advanced planet of intelligent life. This may seem like a ridiculous request to you, because of dragon, but it's my birthday, and it never hurts to ask questions.

I have been told I have been hiding in the library for too long, which is probably true since I have lost track of everything and everyone here. So, in case you were not aware, I am Hermione Granger and I work in the library. I am capable of helping find all your reading needs, answering questions about most things or magical things.

Does anyone know if we things from our other lives are here? I would really like to read Hogwarts: A History. I mean I know it by heart but it’s not the same not having the book in your hands.

I find I have no idea what to write here. I do need to get out more, I am open to suggestions as to what to do. What is fun? I have been too enough parties back home. Please help!

Who wants to go hunting for Nargles? They love pumpkins so maybe if we put some out they’ll come to visit!

I was outside so long my claws started aching. This place is definitely weirder than home but it's kind of fun.

I think I want to play with blue and silver beads more when we get back to normal.
