I've also been thinking that I have enough time to do classes here too, so if anyone wants to learn any basic aerial stuff or beginner-level martial arts (I can cover Arnis/Escrima, Bojutsu, Judo, Savate/Boxing, Capoeira, Aikido, Hapkido, Jeet Kune Do, and Taijiquan relatively well, but Aikido is my specialty), I'm available for one-on-one or small group sessions. I'm also down to do a basic self-defense class if anyone is interested in that. Y'know, how to crack a dude's nose if he gets fresh, that sorta thing.

If there are any other teachers who want to go in on a space and know some forms that I don't, that'd be super too! I got my eye on a smallish studio but it'd be a lot easier to swing if there were three or four of us working together.

Did you know that you can sculpt using self-dug clay to make really nice pottery?

Except that sometimes there’s impurities like tiny little bits of limestone in self-dug clay that make your pot explode in the kiln?

How about that you can’t really make do with your kitchen oven as a kiln?

Or that if you put your self-dug clay pot filled with tiny little bits of limestone into your kitchen oven and set it’s for hot enough and long enough to make do as a kiln that sometimes when the pot explodes it’ll also catch on fire?
