How many of you have experience with reality-warping. And, I'm mostly asking because I feel like we should probably talk about how advanced the reality-shifting capabilities of this place seem to be.

I know that so far, everything has been rather temporary. But I'm worried about whether we're prepared for it if it stops being temporary. While I don't want to fight the magic of this place until we absolutely have too - maybe we should come up with a few contingency plans? Just in case?

I’ve been trying to expand my music tastes lately. No real reason, just that honestly this is the first place I’ve had downtime in way too long.

I ended up listening to The Mountain Goats a lot. I didn’t even mean to, I just found a cover by Dessa and figured I might as well check the band out. They’re really good. There’s just something very low-fi about their music that I’m liking.

And it’s nice and mellow for chasing down escaped petting zoo animals.

Pay no mind to my complaining. I got the splinters out with no problems - just, gotta throw up some fuss about it.

I finished out the stairs this afternoon. They're all stained and sealed, so the weather won't bother them none. They should be dry and ready to use by tomorrow. Just give 'em a little test and make sure they aren't sticky at all before you walk up em or anything.

If you got any other fix-it projects, just let me know. I feel better making things than I do hocking hammers.
