I went out to the ship. The one in the desert. I can't I thought there might be some gold interesting things that that I could steal salvage, and that I might actually find some bits that I could take for the Pour Judgement. You know, kitsch. But I can't... I literally can't put into words what I saw.

It was beautiful. Massive. And it definitely shouldn't have been there. A giant white whale, just swimming in the sand like it was meant to be there. It jumped out of it and just... hovered in the air for awhile before diving back down and disappearing. It's got to still be out there. I tried to There was just too much sand for me to see where it vanished to into it. The hole filled up immediately. But It's got to still be out there.

We need to go back out there. Look for it! It could mean something.

Who knows what ELSE could be out there, too? Desert octopi? Desert sharks? Desert Cthulhu?

Honestly, I wouldn't really be surprised by that last one considering this place.

Marjorine seems like a nice girl. And while I don't think we'll actually be able to help her, I'd like to be able to say I tried. And I know you're all pretty good at finding people, for one reason or another so I thought maybe we could at least give it a shot?

Overnight on September 3rd, Marjorine and Bubbles have put up bright pink posters on as many lamp posts and electrical poles ( as possible. )

Hey there! I'm looking for someone named Kenny, has anyone seen him? He's real cute and quiet and he wears orange a lot, but not in the wow buddy that sure was a mistake way—in the 2% of people who can actually pull it off way. He's so lucky, right? If anyone sees him can you tell him I'm looking for him? OH right! I'm Marjorine and I just got here. I like dancing and Barbie, but not long walks on the beach on account'a the sand gets everywhere and then it's like two months later and you're like what the heck, why is there still sand in the carpet?! I vacuumed it three times!!

There is a tendency to forget that darkness automatically brings about fear in the world.

But I have already got a piece of the darkness. But the trouble, it begins in the light if you come around here. In the light, trouble just glistens in this city. Bright and seductive, like a princess diamond.

Sometimes, I feel bad about the years of cultural touchstones that I missed. Other times I spend several hours watching episodes of Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines and remember that the more things change, the more they stay the same.
