Tomorrow is Friday the 13th. I’ve had it marked on my calendar for months but I still can’t believe it’s almost here.

I know this isn’t home and I know it’s just my paranoia kicking in but I doubt I’m getting any sleep tonight.

This is my one weekend off of summer camp and there's a beach that doesn't have a weird pants-less God.

You know... speaking of ghosts... The Ghostbusters are like.. handling all this right??

Pretty sure the baseball field is haunted. But not by like, evil ones or whatever the hell they're scientifically called.

In fact I'm pretty sure they have like, their own team starting so.. anyone up for a practice game??

Oh wow...okay he's really cute and all but this is WAY too much responsibility.

For anyone whose egg hatched into this it's called a Mogwai and it's VERY VERY important that you follow these three rules!

1. Don't get them wet.
2. Don't expose them to bright light.
3. Don't feed them after midnight.

Okay so like.. there's this fun game to play with friends to get to know each other better and stuff, it's called two truths and a lie. Basically the rules are you get to say three wild and crazy things about yourself in any order; two are true and one is made up.

The goal of the game is to guess which one is the lie for other people while hoping it takes the others a few rounds to guess your lie.


I'll go first as an example:

🕸️ My first Halloween trick or treating I went as a unicorn astronaut space princess.
🕸️ I still own a bunch of Beanie Babies from my tween years.
🕸️ I once hopped dimensions just to get a pair of handcuffs off.

Without a bunch of kids to cart around and work not being super far, I can't really justify having a car here.. but I still got some wheels, finally.

Not the greatest, sure, but it was cheap and it gets me from A to B. I mean... hopefully.

Could definitely use a better paint job.

Have you looked out your window or seen outside today? It's absolutely stunning out there! I wish I could spend the day outside, but I have to go to work.

So. I guess it snows indoors now because of course it does. Sure. Why not? Anyone up for an indoor snowball fight?

Anybody know if Night Vale has any pick up leagues? I think I'd like to try playing some kind of sport again.

I just realized it's going to be so weird that my parents might not get to see me graduate in a few months.

Speaking of, I'm still not sure what I want to study in college. I know at my old high school, they tell you that you have to have everything figured out before you graduate. Is that actually a rule, or are they just full of shit?

There are the sciences, but I have a hard time going beyond that because I'm interested in different fields. I will say that Physics and Astronomy are my two favorite classes, obviously including English Lit.

Hey, if you don't have any plans this weekend do you want to go to that party thing at Hellfire? Or maybe catch a movie if that's not your style?

Maybe it's just a thing for some people on the coast but I remember how crazy my mom used to be about Groundhog's day. Every year she wanted to know what that dumb groundhog had to say. I used to think it was so lame but now I kind of miss it.

I saw there was a movie about it and I watched it. Not bad. Kind of makes you think though. Here's hoping we don't get stuck in a time loop?
