But if one would take more contextual matters into consideration, they would recognise that this unexpected relocation has interrupted the normal course of business on Ankeshtan K'til, the Vulcan criminal rehabilitation centre located on the third moon of Omicron Lyrae. Interference with the operations of the logical rehabilitation centre is a punishable offence under decree by the United Federation of Planets.
