All work and no play makes Harry a dull boy.
In other words, whilst reflecting on the previous year over the past few days, and found my reflections to be, not horrible, but rather more bitter than sweet, it has come to my attention that I desperately need to change a bit, specifically, to make new friends this year...
I don't dislike my neighbors or my brothers, but my closest friends are more a kid I watched grow up a bit, the woman who saved me as a child, and my former master during my apprenticeship, which finished here.
My other best friends, including the best lass in London and the most steadfast young man there, are still back home in 1888, and well, with no one to celebrate on the days that are about celebration for my people, and a celebration spent alone, realising what I lack, it's rather clear the only thing to do is step outside and change a little.
As you may have chanced to surmise from what I've written here so far, I'm Harry, from 1888 and part of a certain group that everyone knows about but knows none of the details of. I also like chess, history, dancing, and exploring cities, particularly London. Shopping and window shopping are always enjoyable too.
I may or may not also sport red neckties on many occasions, though I find my sartorial predilections and favourite necktie colours DO vary rather more than that...
