Two days to the election.
I'll not pretend I'm not a bit anxious about the outcome, or the stream of media that's started to come out covering all sides of it. It's something of a thrill to see my name mentioned and know I'm making a strike for my new home's future and to have a say in it, and I am both nervous and excited and both want and never want the day to come.
Of course, if I do not manage to be voted MP, my city still has need for me, but this feels bigger and I want it so badly, but...the Maker's will be done, as in all things, I suppose.
What distractions do you use to avoid anticipatory...anxiety..., I suppose?
