Is it normal that when I'm doing something on the computer, get up to get a drink or something and come back, that weird Cortana thing is on and clearly listening when I told it not to?

I'm trying not to be your paranoid grandpa who can't handle computers but...

That's scary and abnormal and someone's spying on me, right?
