shite. Nerves are def a thing even for the likes of me. Ive got, well cas and I’ve got our first proper show at the week-end. I dont go in expecting much for our jumper classes, hes still young with time but the dressage is....well i dare to say we’re good when we go practising it at the moment. Aces in fact. I just hope it holds so far as the class itselfs concerned as he seems made for it and I love the challenge and the...look it may be based in some specific rules and paterns but within them you have got this amazing freedom and room to move about and...honestly it’s grand.
Cross country’s looking...murky at the best. Namely MY stamina’s the issue but its about seeing how we go and not the rest isn’t it no?
Well, I’d not mind beating a few of the girls, especially Marsali who im usually competing with in class because we’re good and good for each other in a training sense and have a tack cleaning bet on, but...
Things have been downright wierd at the barn but, any luck it isnt going to carry on. Well hope for the best anyway.
And damned if my lassies arent as amazing as my lads. Glenna is smart and young and eager and I’m thinking her legs are going to make her a jumper when she’s ready, and while my mollie is a mule, she’s a natural over fences. Sometimes too natural.
Other bits too, but... those are what matter now at least. Come watch me ride one of my three weekend days? The dressage is Friday night and Im most confident in that so itd be the best performance...
