if you really cared about a person like valued them and wanted them to be happy and to do well in the world and all of that sort of a thing; you should make sure a good thing happens for them, end of discusion.

BUt if you knew a thing that would be good for someone that would cause a LOT of problems for other people that you care about...and maybe problems for you...

do you do the thing for the first person or not?

And I'm back off solid foods so my brain's running a little ragged trying to sort this out whilst counting calories. It's fine, Im fine, my doctors know, and theres a PLAN but it's a bit... My consicence says one thing and my heart, but my brain says totally another.

I'm...conflicted.
