Does a dubious background as a mass murderer in your own world keep you from being approved for fostering kids here? Or being bi-sexual and in a relationship with a man? Or a werewolf?

It's come up that it might be good to do it and to do it right. And well...not bad as a possibility if I can be a part of it.
