Okay.... I saw a book at the bookstore today. It was called Needful Things. I thought that was weird. That was the name of Gaunt's shop. I read the dust jacket. It's about what he did. Castle Rock.

Everyone knows things about me, who's read it. It's... I don’t know that I like that. How did this King fellow know what happened? He wasn’t there.

This place again?

Of all the weirdness I've seen lately, coming back here's almost normal. IF I could be spared. I know time stands still or something like that for us, but it still...I don't like how it feels, not being there for my friends, you know?

Ah...right? I'm told that I can post things here and introduce myself and get somewhat of a feel towards this place, all the while celebrating the fact that at least the esteemed de Courfeyracs and my sister's husband, The Marquis, are not here, that I likely don't have to worry about Latin classes ever again, or school, in general, and that I am here now and...something or other.

So! I'm Courfeyrac, JUST Courfeyrac, no outdated participles for ME, from Marseilles, though I was in school, and then in Paris for the holidays at the Paris house for the social season, and being bothered about coming home for some friend of the family's Coming Out in spring, which I HAD very much wanted to avoid, débutantes being generally very tiresome, indeed.

I suppose that I will need to find SOMETHING to do with myself here, mind you. I've found a place to stay, with decent people who I like quite a lot so far, but, even so, there is a lot that I can do here, I should imagine, given ample time and opportunity to indulge myself and my passions.

So, does anyone else here fence epee?
