Well, it's not L'Europe's fault they decided to cancel events because a troupe of massive bicycle riding bears came down the street earlier. Or that other bears on patrol, apparently, and ARMED, showed up later and began assigning areas of the city to each other.

I'd be...a little freaked out at them too and not want someone to go lawsuit happy on them if anything DID go wrong, and okay, I don't want to be responsible for it, either, but...
