It's my birthday on the tenth. I'll be 18. I know I've said in the past that it doesn't bother me that I don't get a birthday party, but I missed my first milestone, my 16th. I don't wanna miss my 18th as well.

Well, I definitely know now that I never inherited my Aunt Piper's cooking. I almost burned down my kitchen trying to cook dinner. Looks like take out for me....again. I really do have my mother's cooking skills, which is none.

I'm out of the hospital which is great, but getting around is going to be a lot tougher than I would have imagined. I have this giant boot thing that I have to wear. It is super heavy.

So, I am a lucky bastard. Getting laid on the regular is SO much less stressful than being celibate.

Chicago is so not the same without my siblings.... although the South Side still is.
