The musicians wrote a song about me and even though I've never spent much time on rooftops, I appreciate the imagery. And the strings. I've heard it a fair few times now.
Waking this morning, I was glad to see the snake that I thought was a οχιά that I nearly stepped on wasn't venomous. Once at home in Phthia we had an entire nest of the things, it was one of the only times I saw my father afraid. I knew my fate was not to die from a οχιά bite, though, so I was not afraid. All of those needless risks. You look back and shake your head at yourself for taking them, once you're old enough to realize how much you had to lose.
I'm listening to the song again. Is it only because I like to hear the man's voice singing my name and it reminds me of happier times and adoring crowdsand he sounds a little bit like Patroclus?

It's missing it's original proprietor's let's say appeal over text, but nowwe've officially put all the dangerous stuff away we've gotten a decent catalogue and converted what things would cost in gold to the currency here I can officially state we're open for business. We're also hiring.
Our stock is armor, weapons, some potions and crafting materials (although we're looking into how to replenish the plants so if anyone has ideas I'm open to suggestions). We also have schematics, although without a blacksmith that might get interesting.

At some point a job might be required, and no, I don't count charming Eros' parties as a job, even though it feels like one at times. I'm missing the Underworld. Night rarely lasts long enough here.

Hello Mr. Achilles I would like to state that the inane amount of attention I paid you this past week was not of my own accord and possibly some type of trick played on me by this place.

Well, the snow seems to be mostly gone, which is good. But in more exciting news - or possibly more worrying news - Necropolis on wait...there isn't a sea I mean, there's the weird hallucination sea Eh, I'll worry about it later Sea is here. Which is fine. And good. Great even. Nice to have a bit of home. Even if that bit of home is very haunted and might try to kill people.

Right, well I don't know if any of you know this yet but that one Angel named Erika? He doesn't like it when you try and put clothes on him I might be in a spot of trouble. Leave it to me to get into it first thing. Just thought he'd like a hoodie.
Oh and hello, I'm Tom. Not sure where I am now but it is bright, wherever it is. Is there always so much sun here? I'm surprised the Angel doesn't have a bad sunburn. Really just worried about him walking about without clothes. Sand blowing everywhere. Bright sun. Heat. And he should be saving those views for his Angel wife or Angel husband.

SO HYPOTHETICALLY. If you, say for example, accidentally got locked in a closet at this whole year end celebration with your friend. Who is very charming and handsome and impressive. And then things happened. Kissing type things. That were nice. But also confusing. And then you remembered you had a spell that could get you out of said closet and neither of you spoke of it again. In that very hypothetical situation, how long would you need to run away and live in a cave in the woods before it was no longer weird?

Addendum - Maybe this friend doesn't entirely not want to kiss their friend again but is worried about the implications for their platonic friendship. And also worried they may have misread things and what happened was entirely platonic and they're overthinking it.

It happened, I finally found a local with throat spiders. I've been over there all day, it's very exciting. She's a sweet older lady without any vocal cord updates, which makes her more susceptible according to the literature.
She's been coughing more the past few hours which should mean that the spiders are almost finished incubating.
