Ms. Bones,
I apologise for contacting you like this, rather than going to the Owlery and doing this in person, but due to work, it will have to be done like this.
Yesterday morning I made use of the Owlery's service to send an Owl. The Owl was adressed clearly and properly yet the intended recipient still hasn't received said Owl. I fully understand that delays can occur, but we are talking about an Owl sent from Hogsmeade to Hogwarts.
Is there any way of finding out what happened to the missing Owl?

Lovely day, today. Really, it is. The sun is shining, as it was yesterday and it's the last day of this month's Hogsmeade weekend. It's going to be a good day, I'm sure of it.
There is one thing, though, that I would like to make the world aware of:
Myron Wagtail does NOT live in 3D Main Street. I do, and yes, I am very sure that I am not sharing a flat with him. Don't get me wrong, I love unannounced guests, even several times in the middle of the night, just please, please, please don't be disappointed or upset that there is no Wagtail to be found here.
Wagtail? If you're reading this: Would you mind giving the correct address to your mates?

I may be a little late, but thank you, Secret Santa, for your present. The purse and the accessories were just what my limited wardrobe needed. Whoever you are, you’ve excellent taste.
On a slightly different note:
I am finding myself woefully low on reading material, and I am hoping that there might be a kindred spirit or two out there. Does anyone have books by Lukas Karuzos, L. Wakefield, or M. Carneiro or about Arithmancy, Ancient History and Magical Theory in general that I can borrow? It would mean the world, and I promise that I’m good with books: no folded pages or scribbles in the margins.

My definition of a hero today, is the man who left a Hangover Potion outside my door this morning. Thank you, Eddie; you're a good man!

Granted, it has been years since I – I being Vicky Frobisher – was last in Hogsmeade, but I’m still surprised at how much it has changed. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it will take some getting used to.
Speaking of things to get used to; spending the night at The Three Broomsticks it is in no a lasting options, so if any of you has any recommendations for a more permanent residence, or even just a spare room I can rent until I have found that, I would be very grateful and certain to appropriately express my appreciation.
Any other recommendations on where to go and what to do now that I’m here?
