Joyeux anniversaire, Draco. -- Fleur

What: Hogsmeade Chamber of Commerce cocktail party

OOC: Please pretend your character received an invite if they have a business in Hogsmeade!
Tracey had spent a good part of the last few weeks with Gwendolyn and Isabel making sure that the cocktail party officially unveiling the business owners' group. Attendees were invited to Foxglove, whose patio was now open, and in the cool spring air, with sparkling drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Tracey took the floor half an hour after the evening began to explain the details of the chamber, and how it would work: a small annual membership fee that would go towards chamber activities, events that would be balanced across business training, cross-promotion events, and so on. It took less than half an hour, and once it ended, everyone was allowed to mingle.

Promptly on time, mostly to avoid a scolding from Fleur, he arrived at her doorstep and knocked. He was rather looking forward to their evening together. They'd gotten on ever since he'd saved her sister at the Tri Wizards Tournament and had only grown closer since. It had been a while since he last saw her, however, so tonight would be a reunion of sorts.
Reaching up to flatten his hair, again to avoid a scolding, he jumped slightly as the door opened. "Fleur!" He grinned.

Hermione didn't much like to ask Kreacher to help -- it went against much of what she stood for as a witch and as a human being! However, she knew that the house elf couldn't help but clean her flat sometimes, when he got bored with Harry's, and on this occasion she actually welcomed it. Though it had taken years for her and Fleur to get along, Hermione now trusted her deeply despite their many differences. Fleur, of course, was also extremely critical, so Hermione prepared for their get-together at length.
After reluctantly asking Harry to ask Kreacher to clean both her flat and Hogsmeade Reads (she knew that Kreacher wouldn't take well to being asked to do something, though, and that Harry would likely end up ordering him to do it), Hermione applied the last of her hair potion and went to her closet to choose an outfit. She did always make an effort when she saw Fleur, but she couldn't quite stop herself from choosing an extremely loud jumper to wear over black trousers. And she finished putting her hair back just in time for her to be able to meet Fleur at her door right away.
