I was so wet when I got in that Henriette still hasn't forgiven me. She won't come near me, even though I'm dry now.

I hate when my mood seems to be at odds with the weather. All I want to do is curl up with some tea and my kitten, but the bright blue sky is tempting me to go outside and paint.

I'm sure those women in Foxglove today were talking about me. Not directly, but I'm sure I inspired the conversation. I don't understand how telling someone that they're fat and disgusting is supposed to motivate them to lose weight. It just makes me feel awful. There must be something wrong with me, but I don't know what it is or who to ask for help.
I don't want to be fat, and I don't think I'm lazy - but the way people talk, and the way mother is, it feels like nothing else matters except what I look like.
At least Henriette loves me.

[Public for around two hours after the consumption of one of Isabel's Candy Apple cupcakes, then warded private]
Flying last night was completely amazing. It was so windy, I don't think I've ever flown so fast! I wasn't even scared, not even when I turned back towards home and was flying into the wind. I managed not to fall off and my landing was perfect. I could go flying every night and I'd never get bored of it. If only I didn't need to sleep. I could paint during the day and fly at night and it would be perfect.
I wish I could fly during the day. I wonder if I could fix an easel to a broomstick and paint things from above. That would be a whole new perspective, with the light coming down past me. I've never flown in daylight, ever. I'm not sure I can even imagine what it would be like from an artistic point of view but I imagine it would be really interesting.
Oh, I want to go flying now but I can't.
