Eloise hadn't expected to like Gwen's play as much as she had. It was fascinating, learning more about that period in English history. She'd never paid all that much attention in History of Magic, as Binns hadn't made it very interesting, but perhaps she just needed to approach the subject from a more dramatic perspective.

She milled about the cast party, enjoying some small talk with others, before doubling back to find Gwen once more. "Do you usually have parties like this after your shows, or is it because this one was a special occasion?"

R.I.P. Anne Boleyn, Queen of Muggle England.

Tonight's a special Monday performance of the play in honour of Anne's 470th death day. We're following the performance with a fancy dress (era-appropriate) party in the thearte's reception area with cocktails and a few monologues by the cast. It should be brilliant, though it'll be a very long day.

Other than the play which has kept me quite busy, the business is doing quite well, we've a few more events lined up, a wedding in a few weeks as well, which is rather exciting and a bit different to the usual parties. We're not handling the party planning itself, of course but it isn't always we're involved in weddings.

Tracey had spent a good part of the last few weeks with Gwendolyn and Isabel making sure that the cocktail party officially unveiling the business owners' group. Attendees were invited to Foxglove, whose patio was now open, and in the cool spring air, with sparkling drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Tracey took the floor half an hour after the evening began to explain the details of the chamber, and how it would work: a small annual membership fee that would go towards chamber activities, events that would be balanced across business training, cross-promotion events, and so on. It took less than half an hour, and once it ended, everyone was allowed to mingle.

Nine o'clock was early for Lucian, but he knew he was friends with people who would be dozing off around the 10pm mark, so he gave in and allotted them an hour to participate. Any earlier, however, and he would need to include proper food and turn the affair into a dinner party, which he was not interested in.

Noctis was a wizarding establishment located in the heart of London, an abandoned-looking, boarded up shack in the middle of bright neon lights and the loud music of Muggle nightclubs, that caters only to wizarding clientele, run by an old family friend of the Boles. Half the club was allocated for Lucian's party, the dance floor full of scantily clad women and a handful of equally good-looking men. There were appetizers and small snacks, of course, but Lucian had made sure the bar was open for everyone.

Speaking of new places and projects, which I know you always complete to an absolute high standard. Your absolutely dearest friend in the whole world is in desperate need of help. Tracey had to admit that she had gotten sidetracked with the show to fully focus on the things she'd intended to get started in Hogsmeade, foremost of which was the creation of the business council to help pull together business owners and create a supportive group amongst them. While most of the people she'd spoken with were favorable of the idea, they were waiting for her to get it started.

And she wanted to start it in a big way. A good way. The application was pending approval with the town council, but she wanted the announcement, and consequently the group's first meeting, to go spectacularly.

That was where she hoped Gwen would be able to come in and help.

So at lunchtime on Monday, Tracey came into the Selwyn PR office with boxed lunch from Fromage and a wide smile on her face. "Hello, Gwen!"

While Theodore straightened the flat, Draco contemplated an outfit for the evening's gathering. It wasn't a formal affair, but that was no excuse for poor fashion. Just as the first of the guests arrived, he settled on a casual combination of high-end labels, none of which he could precisely afford these days. Still-- no one need know that. And even in rags, he was handsomer than everyone else.

Maybe if Lucian had known sooner that Hogsmeade was teeming with witches, he'd have demanded for a trade instead of been tossed like yesterday's Prophet. Or at least, come by to visit. He'd been for a game earlier that year, but didn't stay long enough to see the sights, so while the season was on pause for the IQC, he figured he'd do as much sight-seeing as possible.

He was at The Three Broomsticks by eight-- this was a calendar appointment he didn't need his publicist to remind him about-- with a pint to drink. It was as he remembered it (foul), but what could he do? There were few other options around.

After what was quite a busy and hectic week for the shop, the party Romilda'd been planning for ages was finally here. And of course, because the week hadn't been hectic enough, the next two days were set to be Hogsmeade weekends for the students as well. If her own years at Hogwarts were any indication, she hoped to see plenty of business from students looking for a romantic outing. Of course, she'd thus also have to make sure any outings didn't include any antics; the last she needed was to send for Hogsmeade village police.

Tonight, though, wasn't about the students. It was about having a party. After setting up the place much like she had for the previous evenings, Romilda ensured that a dance floor of appropriate size was installed in the main room and that refreshments -- both paid and free, thanks to the town hall funds -- were plentiful. Music played at a volume that was still audible from outside but not too loud as to bother those who lived above the shop.

A few tables remained out in the space, to the side of the dance floor, in case anyone tired of standing and dancing. The place itself was decorated in a tasteful colour palette - she'd purposefully chosen to not use too many pinks or reds, opting for more complementary colours instead.

Though the Hog's Head was usually not an enjoyable experience, Pansy found herself making her way into the pub to meet Gwen. It had been quite some time since she'd seen the witch and she wasn't sure what to expect. Their circumstances had certainly changed, though Pansy was determined not to let little Gwen get the upper hand on their evening.

Purposefully late, she strolled in and headed to the back booth, hoping to find Gwen there already.

Fera was ready for a night out with her favorite man. Throughout their life after Hogwarts, whenever they had been in the same city, the two had connected for nights out on the town together and he was by far the best wingman she’d ever had. Blaise and Fera were perhaps as close as two Slytherins could be without the shagging and the dark man probably knew her better than anyone else. During a drunken night that hadn’t involved sweeping women off their feet, she had even told him about Katia… her best kept secret.

So as Fera added the final touches to her makeup and adjusted her dress to make sure her goods were all in place and perfectly situated in the large slit down her chest, she snagged her long black coat from the hook near the door and stepped into her heels. The brunette ran a hand through her long chocolate locks before flinging the door to her flat open and securing it behind her.

She was rather pleased that her neighbor happened to be the one man she trusted most, as she strode purposefully down the hall, heels clicking powerfully across the wooden surface. Her long coat was flicked over one shoulder, fingers curled into the collar to keep it in place as she gave the man’s door a strong knocking. “Oy! Wanker! Open up! You’re taking me out.” A wicked smirk pulled at dark red lips as she leaned her free hand against the door frame, striking a pose.
