When: Saturday, May 31, from 7PM - ?
Where: a secluded Welsh campground
Rating: PG 13 at least, for shenanigans

Trellyn Woodland, in Wales, is pretty much your basic campsite -- lots of space, lots of trees, not a lot of people. Of the seven pitches available, Millicent and Tracey booked the most secluded, and carefully set up an anti-muggle barrier before the guests arrived, on the off chance any outsiders should be drawn to investigate their celebrations.

“Peaches… check. Apples… check. Lettuce… check.”

Demelza narrowed her eyes at the parchment in her hand as she checked things off with a pen. If there was one thing she hated it was buying things that she could have easily grown herself and in her opinion much better. Not that she was cocky or full of herself; it was just that if there was one thing in this world that she knew and could relate to it was plants… and Quidditch, but mostly plants.

Time for things outside Hogwarts had just been non-existent lately.

The Gryffindor grumbled to herself as she flicked her gaze around the store. “Leek… I need leek.” She rifled through her basket of goodies as she moved back towards the vegetable section, not watching where she was going. The tall blonde lifted her head just in time to run head-long into someone, dropping her basket and latching onto them to try and keep them both upright.

Still clinging to the person she cursed. “Bugger, I am so sorry. I’m exceptionally clumsy sometimes. Two left feet to be honest.”

jungle meetings

Who: Dem and Max

What: An embarrassing encounter.

When: Monday, March 3rd, after classes

Where: Greenhouses

Rating: Low

Status: Ongoing

The greenhouse was large, vast really. The further you trekked into it the thicker the flora and fauna seemed to get. Thick vines grew up the side of the building and several small trees stretched towards the light of the ceiling. Through the dense jungle a light, happy humming could be heard from a place on the far side of the structure, hidden behind the dirigible trees and their ripe purple fruit.

Demelza was on her knees, a light coating of dirt covered her jeans and boyish grey tee. She was intensely focused on the newly acquired Alihotsy tree as she pruned it with the most delicate of hands. On wrong snip of the scissors and she could end up with a bit of leaf fluid on her hand… which according to the previous mysterious owner of the tree could produce a slight state of euphoria and laughter. Nothing compared to consuming the leaves or even drinking them in a brew but she still had no desire to wind up in a laughing fit.

Spotting a dead leaf in the under branches she bent over further, her arse sticking up in the air as she reached for the offending brown monster, head buried inside the mess of branches. “Why you little wanker…” the tall blonde pushed her glasses up her nose and continued to wrestle with the tree, extending her arm as far is could go, grasping at air.

She huffed in annoyance and bent even further, nearly crawling under the short but extremely bushy tree. Honestly, Maxwell would be there at any moment and she did NOT want to be caught unawares like this.
