Attention Gun Shack Employees!

Since all of the Americans will be celebrating Thanksgiving next week, we'll be closed from the 27th to the 30th. We'll reopen on December 1st.

It's weird to think how this is the first Thanksgiving where I'm not having to cook for a huge family or wondering if during the meal something bad and crazy would end up happening. Not really sure how I feel about that.

He's......he's gone. Sam's gone and before I can even tell him that I care about him and quite possibly love him. Why didn't I say it sooner? And I was going to cook a nice thanksgiving meal for us too. Now it will be just down to one instead of two.

ATTENTION ALL NON-AMERICANS!

For anyone who's not celebrating Thanksgiving next week, who's interested in a pub night? I was thinking about renting out a place for the evening, getting some catering (or just pizza), and having an open get together for anyone who was interested.

And yes... this is open to everyone, including Americans who don't want to bother with Thanksgiving (or who have no plans).

Seriously? Yeah, cause my week was boring enough already that we had to add somehow ending up in a different place to my list of things to deal with.

What do single people who don't have extended family in this country/dimension actually do on Thanksgiving? Everything I know about this holiday comes from Thanksgiving episodes of tv shows and I'm a little dubious about the accuracy.

This wouldn't feel as awkward if I was in my own body. The powers that be decided that I needed to start earning a living, so Holly's given me ownership of a sporting goods and wilderness supply store - Snow Peak. It's located on 14th Avenue if anyone wants to stop by for anything.
