[Private to Sam, Dean and Cas]Maybe this is nothing, but I figure writing it here will help
prevent anything? I don't know. I used to be sort of squeamish around blood when I first started pre-med. Nothing major, just a small lurch in my stomach whenever I saw it. I was able to control it well enough, but it was always there. Sometimes I couldn't even eat before class in case I wouldn't be able to hold it down.
Well, I've noticed that whenever we watch videos in school now, I don't feel that sick feeling in my stomach anymore. It used to happen all the time, but not anymore. The other day someone dropped a surgical knife and cut themselves by accident. It was just a small gash, but it bled a lot. Again. Nothing. I even helped him bandage it up. And I'd had a Big Mac and fries without even worrying about possibly throwing up.
I know this is probably a good thing, considering I'm thinking of going into medicine, but... there's something weird too. It's almost as if I want to see the gory details. I look forward to the days when we get to dissect animals and things like that. Don't worry though. I haven't felt the need to kill anybody, and if I do, I'll probably tell you so you can deal with me accordingly. But I can't imagine this is all that normal either.
[Private to Blaine]Hey, man. You doing okay? Figured I'd check on you after the other day. No pressure.
