Pumpkins are everywhere. They're impossible to avoid now.

There will be no pumpkin at Sally's. My apologies if that is your cup of tea.

On the other hand, I have made a series of apple flavored fall beverages and treats which are available in the month of October. Apple flavors blend wonderfully witn cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, caramel, and vanilla.

Please do come and visit to see what we have available in the pastry case. Our pastries change daily.

'Tis the season for Halloween movies. Do we have a schedule up yet for what movies we're going to watch on which days? Because I'll bring the popcorn.

My vote's in for all the classics. Freddy Kruger, Mike Myers, Jason Vorhees, etc. etc.

As we turn over a new month and move into shorter days and cooler weather, I am forcibly reminded of the differences between this world and the one I come from. Asgard is forever in my heart, and settled in the back of my thoughts, as I know is the case with many of my Asgardian brothers and sisters here on Midgard.

Though we will never forget our home, we also are embracing living here on Midgard. I, for one, am excited to see what Fall brings us. (Or is it Autumn? Are they the same? Am I missing some nuance in the language?)

I know not everyone celebrates the holiday, but I was floored when I received a text mesage from my father warning me there are only 85 days until Christmas.
