Well, I can't say I've ever heard "a different version of you that you don't remember was here before" when I came back to Earth, but I won't say I'm totally surprised either. That's the multiverse for you.

Hey. If you don't already know, I'm currently down in Louisiana with my sister and the boys. When they came through the portal the versions of them that were here now disappeared, so we have a bunch of things we need to deal with since we have a house and a business there.

October's movie schedule is up, if you've been wondering what's been keeping me less conspicuous. This is not a Best Of list, it's not even just my favourites, there are definitely movies that should be here and aren't, no complaints will be taken at this or any other time.

I did make sure to make it easy by scheduling all Mondays to be pretty family friendly. Fridays are comedies, except for the first weekend because you have to start October with the first horror movies. Saturdays are the 80s, and Sundays are classics of the genre leading up to, naturally, Halloween. IMDB links included if you don't like surprises.

As most of you know it's Halloween at the end of next month and instead of just throwing on whatever movie I happen to think of at the time I'm planning ahead. I already have a massive list of options so I don't really need recommendations, but I could use a hand narrowing it all down and scheduling it so I don't have a whole week of gory shit in a row or anything. I'm aiming for a mix of genres here.

I've recently come into possession of a set of body armor from around about 2024 in our original timeline, and I have reason to suspect it might contain some form of vibranium. Is that something you'd be able to tell by having a look at it, or would Shuri be better to ask? And if it did would you want it back? Or would it depend on how it got there?

It would seem that I have found myself in the possession of the Darkhold once again. When I came out of the shower this morning, it was on my nightstand. I am not sure how it came to be here, but I thought you two should be the first to know. For now, I would like to not to include the girls in this.

Stephen, I am not sure if you have heard of the Darkhold in your study of the mystic arts, but Harry, the Darkhold is also known as the Book Of The Damned. When I first discovered it, it was in the possession of Agatha Harkness, who had been hunting me, as there's a whole chapter to devoted to the Scarlet Witch, me, in there. I was studying it myself before I wound up here.

While I am protective of it, I think for the time being, Stephen, it would be safest at the Sanctum, if I would be able to secure it there. I know you or Wong wouldn't let it fall into the wrong hands.

I found the Darkhold this morning. For those of you not familiar with it, it is also known of the Book Of Damned, and contains some of the most powerful magic known to man, inculding, an entire chapter on me, the Scarlet Witch.

While I can assure you that it is absolutely safe in my hands, I have asked Stephen if for the time being, I can leave it at the Sanctum. I trust that him and Wong will not let it fall into the wrong hands.

If anyone has any questions, or wants to look at it, I request that they do not do it without me there. The Darkhold can be dangerous for those who aren't familiar with magic.

I think we need to remember some of us don't have a choice in being here. I'm grateful to the native time-liners for their efforts welcoming and helping the newcomers, but my heart also goes out to those displaced from their worlds. For those of you who haven't heard, there was an experiment this morning in the Portal Lab. Tony and a group of scientists were attempting to hone in on a specific person's world by determining that person's specific frequency. They opened a portal to what they thought was a safe world. After a couple of unmanned tests through the portal and back again, Tony stepped through in his Iron Man suit. We lost communication with him, and after a few minutes, the portal closed.

Our Science Team is working on opening the portal back up again so we can get Tony back. We are working tirelessly to get to the bottom of this. Until then, I ask that if you have any expertise to share, please do so. If you need counseling services, please reach out. I know that Tony was a much-beloved leader for all of us, and having him missing is a horrible blow. But we will get him back. It just might take some time.

I know it's normally Sam's job to organize this kind of thing, but I'm thinking it's time for a movie night. John Cusack, anyone? I've got Better Off Dead (1985) and Say Anything (1989) just burning a hole in my pocket. ...figuratively. ....kinda.

More than two centuries ago, there were some colonies of England that rebelled, and they won. So they brought together all their brightest minds, and had a great debate lasting over a year, and put together a government and legal system based on many of the same principles as England.

After ten years, they were all willing to admit that the first version wasn't as good as they'd thought it would be, so they did it all again. After they came up with a Bill of Rights, they finally managed to get everyone to join their union. (The rest is history.)

All my life I have heard many stories about my country, and I have mixed feelings about them.

So, last night we ran some tests on the portal. Our findings are that people can return to this point in time. I was able to do so with the anchor we built to return to this place. Took a few tries, but we should be able to program it as an anchor for multiuse. I can't control where the portal goes, I can only come back here to this place.

I've been spending a lot of time thinking about where to live, as if deciding this right now is the most important decision I will make for the rest of my life. As if something terrible could happen if I choose badly.

Then I thought, if I am unhappy I can move again.

New Asgard truly is lovely, and I was pleased to have the chance to look around, but I will move to Little Wakanda. I have also applied for a job there, though it would not surprise me if they want someone with more current skills.

It's been a long day. So I put on some old movies in the game room. Currently showing: Godzilla Vs. Mechagodzilla if anyone wants to watch a classic kaiju movie.

I have two announcements to make:

The first being that as of a couple of weeks ago, Vision and I are officially engaged. We just wanted to enjoy the time as a newly engaged couple to ourselves before letting others know. We do not have a set date, but are looking to get married in October, as we would like to be officially married as soon as possible.

The second announcement ties into this as well, Vision and I are planning to move to New Asgard by the end of the month. We will both still be active around the compound to help, but we wish to have more of a space to ourselves, and Thor has graciously offered to allow us to move.

As for the matter of this...other me killing Thanos, I want it known that I stated to Carol that I am not pleased that I was not informed right away, and had to learn second hand. It also hurts me to know that there were also discussions of me getting a handler like I am some sort of child.

I am aware that my powers frighten the governments of the world. However, I am personally tired of constantly worrying about people being afraid of me or not. I would also like to not disclose this information, as personally, as far as I am concerned, no one needs to know that Thanos died at the hands of some other version of me.

Furthermore, I would like to be included in any future conversations related to this matter from the beginning please. I understand that people were afraid of upsetting me, but I can assure you, I am an adult, and am more than capable of handling big news developments such as this.

It should also be said that just because some other version of me decided to apparently go back in time and murder Thanos, it does not mean that I would make the decisions.

I was angry at first, when I found out, I will admit. But now, I think I am more disappointed than anything else. I am, however, willing to discuss it, if there is anything further to discuss.

Friday the 13th came and went yesterday. Whenever we have a Friday the 13th, it reminds me of pranks played on us when I was in college: There was a fella who lived in my dormitory who used to play horror movies on the screen in the commons. He would play elaborate pranks with his friends from the theater department, where they'd run screaming through the room covered in blood, or brandishing fake steak knives and other weapons. It was startling and terrifying, but also hilarious. Since then, I've never been able to watch a horror movie without a certain level of anxiety--waiting for the Freshman with the chainsaw to come crashing into the room.

Though, I think maybe I could give it a try. Does anyone have a favorite, recent, scary movie to recommend?

Thanos is dead. Fury helped confirm it.

According to Fury and what we're seeing all signs point to some other version of Wanda.

We're bringing back some debris to analyze and additional readings. Fury better provides what he knows as well since he's finally decided to come out and play.

I don't know Wanda as well as some of you. I'm not sure how she'll handle this, so it might be a good idea to break it to her gently. That's why I'm only including who I am on this filter. Hopefully, you guys can figure out who gets to tell her.

It's probably also a good idea to keep this under wraps until we know how. Everyone on the ship is aware, but I'm swearing them to keep tight-lipped until you all decide what to do. I think it's really up to Wanda if we need this to go public. I read about Lagos. If the governments of the world find out Wanda has the power to completely eradicate one of the more powerful beings in the universe from existence, I don't think they'll take it lightly.

For the record, I'm not happy about any of this.

Full discloser: I've been planning a trip to finally get to the bottom of the Thanos situation. So far, those going consists of Malcolm Reynolds crew, Monica, Valkyrie, and Rogers.

I know there might be others interested in getting to the bottom of this, but it's probably a good idea to keep it small. We'll be doing some salvaging as well to take back pieces to analyze.

Frankly, I know we're all tired of wondering and waiting. If he's out there, I'll find him. And if he's not, we're going to find out what happened.
