Multiverse of Madness

Many of the Asgardians living here in New Asgard have decided to decorate according to Midgardian customs. The wintertime holidays are lovely here, and my people have adopted them whole-heartedly. Though, it is quite a mish-mash of colors and designs.

I would encourage you all to come and visit--have a cup of coffee at Sally's, take a walk along our streets--and enjoy the decorations.

Having an extended honeymoon in the time stream wasn't what I was expecting when RayRay and I set out on our trip, but it's been a really interesting experience, looking through the history of this universe. Some things are the same. Some things are wildly different.

Thena in Mesopatamia? Hot. I mean that respectfully, of course.

No luck with Jemma yet, but I feel like we've gotten close a few times.

Anyway, I miss you all. How are my lovelies? What have you been up to?

You all expressed an interest in the trip to Kamar-Taj. We will travel in the Commodore. It will get us to Nepal in under an hour and will serve as our accommodation in case we cannot stay in Kamar-Taj directly.

Now I think we should carefully prepare ourselves for the trip. I would like to invite everyone who is coming along to share their knowledge and expertise. We will need it.

Our main aim will be to find the scrolls that will banish the demon if these exist. However, it would be foolish to stop there if you ask me. Kamar-Taj has been the custodian of the time stone for quite a few centuries. There is likely to be valuable information to be found there about the stones and in addition, it would be wise to see if they harbour information about whatever is happening with these mirrors too. Whatever these strange things are that others have mentioned, I would rather for them to stay on the other side of these mirrors.

I am putting together a list of acquisitions to be made in Vanaheim. So far, I have several kind of lifestock, seeds for vegetables, fruits and grains. Anything that is missing?

I am also hoping to speak to the Head of Sorcerery. It has been years now and we still have no explanations for the portals. Our lives are linked to them. The lack of progress on the matter is concerning.

I may have... accidentally... smashed a mirror in the woods.

With great relief, the house is no longer a Haunted Gingerdead House. However, it is already starting to self decorate for Halloween. Stiles, this is your chance to get in there and make your own additions to the decorating.

The Halloween party in the summer didn't work out, but now it would be fun to actually plan for Halloween (and my birthday). Especially since I'm alive - again -...

I am pleased to say that New Asgard is recovering from the recent strangeness that plagued our community. The damage sustained from the dragon attack all but disappeared completely after the battle. And though the people are shaken, they are strong.

That being said, if I can offer any assistance to anyone in need, please let me know.

Still no change with Eliot, I'm afraid. Thanks for keeping the bookshop open and running. (You know who you are.) I'm trying to keep up with my emails, re: the shop, but some days are better than others.

Still not sure what clipped me when I was out flying just now, but I saw a really vague shadow on the water just before it happened. Please excuse the rather sizeable dent in the beach. I promise to fill it back in once my ears stop ringing.

Guess I should say hi. I've been here a few days now and Steve filled me in on the whole alternate universe thing and how I've been here a bunch of times and never stayed long. Apparently I'm from an earlier point in the timeline though and I have no memories of being here before so I apologize to anyone who knew me previously.

Glad to hear you all managed to stop Thanos in this universe. The past couple of years have been rough at home.

So in addition to people still disappearing into red portals, we have people who are forgetting who they are or getting mixed up in unusual tales?

Are those things related in any way?

Thinking about taking a weekend trip out for some hiking and swimming, maybe with some company. Probably not a huge group if we're gonna camp comfortably, but it'd be great to rope in a few people.

Any recommendations? Vernooy Falls Trail comes highly praised, but if there are others, throw them my way.

It is the time gem that has caused the time loop. The measures we've taken during the night confirm it. I know not why it has suddenly shown up here as it was said to be missing.

New Asgard is awfully quiet with half of its people up on the Statesman. The instances of Red Portal activity here have dwindled, though we are still sending our strongest members to patrol the woods nearby. Keeping an ever watchful eye.

I am very much looking forward to celebrating the fireworks holiday with my Midgardian friends.

It's a relief to have warm weather again. I've been staying indoors too long.

I have returned! Much more time has passed for you than it has for me. I was in a place called Sunnydale in California, though it was not on Midgard. There were vampires there, though they were not the kind who sparkle in the sunlight and fall in love with teenage girls. At least, not all of them. There was a battle, and Margo and I bested a few of these monsters. Then we were taken in by a kind vampire hunter and her lesbian friends.

I feel as though I have many stories from our adventure... though many more may have passed here in my absence. It will be an honor to hear them.

I thought we were free in New Asgard, but the red portals have started showing up here.

With everything else going on, it seems a bit silly to complain about this epic case of deja vu I've had for the past week, but here we are.

If anyone has experienced anything odd or out of the ordinary and are concerned that it might be "red portal" related, please don't hesitate to stop by Medical as soon as possible. We'll do some tests and run the results by the science team to see if there might be any correlation.

We've been back for a few days, but we haven't made our announcement yet: while on vacation, Magnus and I got married. It was a bit of a sudden decision, all with Magnus quickly but carefully planning and we couldn't be happier.
