New Year’s Eve at Threshold

I’ve been reading the James Bond collection, and was inspired to throw the kind of soirée 007 might attend in the line of duty. Lots of champagne and rose water, to pop corks at midnight, music and entertainment, plus plenty of cocktails and canapés. Under 21 will need a wristband, but there will be lots of nonalcoholic options.

Can I ask for you help with the entertainment? I’m not expecting you to work the whole night, but perhaps a few songs nearer the beginning of the evening and a dance or two?

I know things are a bit weird, but for our Chanukkah celebrating folks I thought I might put out some feelers to see if anyone wants potato latkes? I'm not an expert, this would be a first. but maybe it'll help some of you feel included. We try to be inclusive here. Also open to just anyone who wants to try fried potato goodness.

Forewarning, I don't remember being here.

With both Eliot and Magnus gone, the future of Threshold is kind of up in the air. All of Eliot's wards are also gone, so everyone can get into everything now. Management is currently being maintained by someone from Stark's entertainment division (I had no idea that was a thing until recently, but it's a thing), but I'm sure Eliot and Magnus would have loved it if it was being handled by one of our own.

tl;dr: Anyone have any interest in running a nightclub?

It happened again.

I went through a red portal with Si and Stiles, but the portal home flickered through different colors and I was too far behind.

They didn't make it back. It's only me and the car.

I think they were sent back to their own worlds.

You know those wolves howling makes the forest seem extra spooky now. Too bad it isn't October, they would have made a decent addition to whatever spookfest will be/is being/has been planned.

I'm just about getting used to having a tiny girlfriend, its kinda nice having Izzy in my pocket or on my shoulder at all times. She's saved me from making bad decisions a few times already.

The HYDRA investigation I assigned myself was inconclusive. The trail has more dead ends than a labyrinth.

I'll keep looking though. I still feel like they are hiding something. But so far I can't find anything to link it to the attack. I may have to take a road trip out of town to see the abandoned base for myself.

I'm back, again. Missed my birthday and see I am being called upon to get this beach shindig sorted.

So, fun day on Rainbow Beach, Saturday, noon until sundown, bbq and some friendly competition. Bring your plus ones and your pets, all ages.

Don't travel on your own, if you need a buddy drop a message and we'll all go together.

We've had another incident in the woods between New Asgard and the Facility.

No one was gravely injured, and we're not restricting movement in the area but please take this as a strong advisement not to travel on your own until we know more.

Madzie just ran upstairs shouting about a portal and her dads disappearing. I've got her calmed down for now, but she's really upset.

I have returned! Much more time has passed for you than it has for me. I was in a place called Sunnydale in California, though it was not on Midgard. There were vampires there, though they were not the kind who sparkle in the sunlight and fall in love with teenage girls. At least, not all of them. There was a battle, and Margo and I bested a few of these monsters. Then we were taken in by a kind vampire hunter and her lesbian friends.

I feel as though I have many stories from our adventure... though many more may have passed here in my absence. It will be an honor to hear them.

Red used to be one of my favorite colors. I'm not so sure anymore.

The portal hangar looks really festive. The Christmas elf who decorated Medical must have taken a trip down here too.

We've been back for a few days, but we haven't made our announcement yet: while on vacation, Magnus and I got married. It was a bit of a sudden decision, all with Magnus quickly but carefully planning and we couldn't be happier.

So, I'm worried. Magnus isn't sleeping again. He was completely fine while we were away, but the dreams have come back.

Uhm, I’m on Portal guard duty and I think something weird keeps happening?

The blue glow keeps getting brighter and flickers for a couple of seconds. But nothing comes through. It’s done it five times in the last couple of hours.

Is that normal energy vortex behaviour?

I have a song I don't actually know stuck in my head. If you were singing in the hallway this morning, please state the name of the song you were singing below, because it's going to drive me crazy until I listen to it.
