Multiverse of Madness

So, it's come to my attention that there are people who think we are holding something back after the last visit. I get it. It's a lot. There's a lot going on.

I think Sam did a pretty good job summarizing it, but since there are some newcomers here that don't feel they know everything and don't know how to use Google or just ask me or anyone else, here. This is an entire history of the Avengers, what we know about the Power Stones, Thanos, and everything in between. It also explains the Sokovian Accords.

We've done this before. Several times. I've had meetings weeks ago about this, and I just don't have time to keep sitting everyone down and giving the rundown for this place. So it's now up to you. Read the attached files and please make yourself acquainted.

And if anyone wants to take over, by all means. Do it. I'm really, REALLY tired of trying to save people and I'm okay with retiring. You can have it all: the facility, the responsibility, all of it. Hell, you can deal with the president the next time she comes to town. And you can deal with the portals, too.

I'd just like to remind/inform everyone that this Sunday, as well as being Independence Day, is also the birthday of my good friend Steve Rogers. That's right, Captain America was born on the same day as America itself. Sadly he hasn't been in the States for his birthday the last couple years so he's missed out on the whole fireworks, cookout, etc etc. But we're here now, and even better, this year he's turning one hundred. We've got to hash out the details but to me that sounds like prime surprise party material and I'm sure he'd love to have all his friends there, old and new.

Redirected the portals again. Still working on building a safe room. We're shutting down travel through them for now but all newcomers can go into the hanger again.

Good news after thoroughly reviewing the security tapes, none of the aforementioned as listed by Tony disappeared are victims of dinosaurs.

In other news, there's cold brew coffee in the kitchen. I needed coffee. Pro tip: add chocolate syrup, lots of it.

I've added a security camera to the portal for when folks come or go, and it'll replay the events for us. Just so we're not left guessing anymore. Or reviewing hours of tape.

This is Barbara in the Mainframe. As previously reported, the compound is right now under siege by dinosaurs that have come through the portal.

I need anyone not currently engaged with them, civilians or anyone locked down in quarters or other areas of the compound to respond and check in. Right now we have your locations on monitors but need to confirm you are with your comm and that your positions are accurate. If you need assistance, it will be sent.

We got dinosaurs people!! Not a drill. Repeat this is NOT a drill. Someone call Spielberg because we're going Jurassic.

Science team is working on it... Holy shit...

Don't panic but there's a situation in the portal room. I've sealed it for now and we're working on how to deal with it from a safe distance. For now DO NOT try to access the portal area or the garage. I'm re-routing any newcomers to appear in the foyer until this is solved.

P.S. If you want to help, ask me here. Don't go down on your own. I know a few dinosaurs might not be a big deal for some of you, but I don't want any of them getting out. I've seen Jurassic World and it's not pretty.

Due to recent events, and then again to even more recent events, we're making some changes to the security protocols around here. We will no longer be using biometrics to grant access to compound facilities. Effective immediately, or as immediately as we can get these things distributed, you will need a personally-assigned keycard or badge to gain entry. Lanyards or badge reels will be provided upon request or forced upon you if you fail to keep tabs on the keycard.

You may find that you no longer have access to certain areas of the compound, particularly the garage. We're not running a rental service here, but if you do need to borrow a ride, the car keys are available in a locked valet box by the door. Be respectful. Some of these cars are classics.
