As we turn over a new month and move into shorter days and cooler weather, I am forcibly reminded of the differences between this world and the one I come from. Asgard is forever in my heart, and settled in the back of my thoughts, as I know is the case with many of my Asgardian brothers and sisters here on Midgard.
Though we will never forget our home, we also are embracing living here on Midgard. I, for one, am excited to see what Fall brings us. (Or is it Autumn? Are they the same? Am I missing some nuance in the language?)

I had dream last night that I was back in a battle for the fate of the world, and it was one of those that should have been a nightmare, but I felt oddly detached from the whole thing. I'm pretty sure I also spent a good portion of it doing commentary on everyone's battle attire with Margo...which is significantly less scary than the reality, so let's go with that, subconscious.

I'm not convinced that I didn't lick the lizard one too many times and this is all a very vivid hallucination. I mean, meeting people who I've watched in movies? How is that not a drug induced vision of some kind? There is a distinct lack of singing and dancing though.
