Now that we’re somewhere.. rather more settled. As unsettling as that seems. I’d like to make an announcement.

Apparently the train’s abilities extended from stealing magic and various powers. It was also capable of entirely neutralising common sense. There's just no other way to explain it.

Since I can’t delete them I’d like to retract everything I've said over the past week regarding that series.

Twilight is a .. well, it’s not a book. It’s complete rubbish!

Merlin, I don’t even know where to begin: ‘Bella’ is not a modern heroine, when in fact she more or less barely has a purpose without Edward, her boyfriend to prevent her colliding with everything. Whilst Edward expresses traits not dissimilar to an abusive partner. Constantly telling your girlfriend you could easily kill her by accident is not tragically romantic. It’s horrific.

That’s barely scratching the surface of what’s infuriatingly wrong with it.

I’m also sorry for putting wasted paper with the depth of a puddle before attempting to help with ..patrols, or clearing the vines whilst we were stranded. I can't believe it I'm so

I'm trying to work out if this is a disaster or an opportunity. You can buy blood here. But apparently it's synthetic, so I'm going to have to work something else out. Did the bottle last?

Well, this is ... unsettling.

For those who haven't been outside to look yet, it appears the train is tangled up in a mess of vines. I'm not certain if this is what stopped us, but it can't hurt to try to clear them away all the same. I don't know what we have as far as blades go, but if anyone's interested ...

It's also been noted that the doors won't close. If anyone would care to start putting wards up on them, to perhaps at least give us time to react if something tries to come in, if we can't block it completely, that would be lovely.

I'm not sure what else we can do, aside from trying to free the train. If that doesn't work, I suppose we'll regroup and ... try something else.

People with good eyesight (and perhaps good aim), if you could perhaps keep a patrol around the train to watch for predators? I suggest no one wander too far away; if we do manage to get this restarted, I'd hate for anyone to be stuck here.

If anyone has any other suggestions, please don't hesitate to suggest them. This ... is something of a unique situation, and I'm not sure how we're meant to handle it.

I don't know how many people know but some of the vampires died just over a week ago when people started to lose their powers. Anyway they're alive again now, or as alive as they ever were and they're pretty weak. One of them mentioned being given blood before. So is anyone willing to help again?

What exactly is there to DO on board? Not that I don't appreciate all the books on this pad thingy that came with the room, but is there a bar or something? I think I could use a drink.

I never thought I would ever see dinosaurs before that were real. I must say this won a point in the trains favor, but I know it will lose that point sooner or later for doing something shitty to us.

I feel like the train is trying to make me crazy. I have one roommate, he gets sent home or something, and not even that long after I have another roommate. How long is this one going to stick around?

This doesn't look like the base for the 2nd mass. Where are the skitters, the mechs, or even the overlords? All I know is I'm not in Boston anymore, but where am I and why am I here? Is this place safe? Cause I really could use a shower if the water works here. I can't even remember the last time I had a shower.

So if I found an unraided guns and ammo store in Calgary, is this something I should be announcing? Or taking orders or something? I know we all hate the idea of arming the train because then we'll all shoot each other, but honestly, I am all for people without magic being armed in case a native tries to get us all sick.

And I don't know anything about Muggle guns, so you'll have to be super specific. If the train has pictures in its database thing, include those. Some of them are in boxes though, so that's at least easy. And whatever ... number bullets we need.
