In case you weren't aware several passengers have gotten strange bags of leaves. I recognize the leaves as a way heal stings by something called tracker jackers. I thought you might like to know. Also my sister Prim would be of some assistance to you as she has some experience in healing them so you should talk to her as well.

I hope this is a meaningless thing and perhaps just a coincidence but I can't be all that sure!  I don't mean to alarm anyone but it's important to at least be vigilant to what is going on.  I feel like it's a warning of some sort but I don't know why.  I've only ever seen these leaves around the Games and at home.

Katniss said you were here. I just arrived yesterday.

I have a favor to ask you and it is okay if you say no. I know you are good at frosting the cakes at the bakery. I used to ask Katniss to take me to see them all the time. If I make some cupcakes for someone, can you frost cat faces onto them?
