The (relative) pain of a piercing seems to depend on the person, and the specific piercing, and the person's pain tolerance. Some guys say nipple piercings hurt more than genital piercings, other guys scream bloody blue murder, others say it was just a mild sting. The piercing I drew was a PA piercing, and not generally considered as painful as, say, an Ampallang. :)
