It's actually a cutaway diagram of cock n' balls but it's hard to make out with all the PS filters used on it. (And pro tip: Don't ever Google cutaway of cock n' balls without specifying that you're looking for a drawing. The results are very regretful. *hurk*

This is a kink of mine and I was so eager to see what you did with it, and I'm thrilled with the results. I love the sweat on Sirius' body, the obvious pleasure and the contrast between fully clothed Sev and naked Sirius. I love the humiliation of the situation, the way Severus looks so gleefully happy about the whole thing, and the way Sirius is clutching onto things to keep himself upright. Scorching hot, really. Delicious!

I also love the details in the background, from the medical sketch to the various implements which make me think Sirius is going to be in for a long and thorough examination :D

Thank you, clothed/unclothed is one of my hot buttons and this is the perfect scenario for it. As for Sirius being the one that's undone, I imagine it's only a moment or two more before "Dr. Snape" whips out his thermometer and takes Sirius' temperature repeatedly and forcefully up against that diagram (which I shamefully copy-pasted), even a professional has their limits. :)
