Save Atlantis RPG

Looks like the storm has passed. Team 14, we're joining May and Johnson in the cave to see if this thing fits in that hole we found. All our intel points to this being some kind of COS site, so be ready for a fight.

OOC Notes

As a reminder, yesterday Team 16 + Tenel Ka was captured by COS during a supposed exchange. Dyson left Daisy & May up in the mountain cave they'd been exploring while he and Jake came down to help figure things out. Luke Skywalker, Emily Fields & Mordecai Roberts brought them the "emerald key" to get in, but there was a storm last night preventing them from going up.

Today, DYSON + TEAM 14 + JACOB ENJOLRAS head up the mountain and manage to make the emerald key work, once inside they must make it past a few traps before engaging in battle with 10 COS agents. Winning, they discover the hostages tied up in various positions in a large room.

Which means hostages will be back in Atlantis City this afternoon. Any seriously injured will of course be transported directly to medical!

This place can be crazy distracting at times.

A while back, I talked about setting up a fight club. I've managed to book the gym out on Saturday. I'm just going to do hand-to-hand this time. And, next time we'll try throwing in a separate weapons competition.

Rules are, no powers. Just all plain skill. Anyone with enhanced strength and speed, try to tone it down to human level. For the sake of fairness.

Hey, Atlantis! I'm sure you've noticed we have a lot of pretty people in our ranks. Alicia, Wanda and I have decided they need to be immortalized in the form of a People of Atlantis Calendar which will be sold for a good cause that is currently TBD.

So, nominations. Here is where you nominate your favorite pretty people to be in this. We will, of course, require consent from anyone we end up ultimately featuring, but tell us who you want to see. You can tell us under a filter if you don't want the world to know who you're nominating.

I know Rosie quite enjoyed the life-size teddies today. Probably more than her godmum. I don't know why but it's rather unnerving to see people I know or am acquainted with as teddies.

[People In Atlantis With Children]

Are there any group here for the children to play in together? I know there are a few of us with children here, and I was wondering if there's anything for us all to meet together and talk. I'm only Rosie's godmum and I wasn't expecting to ever have her here like this, so I'm finding I could use advice.

I find myself curious as to the concept of school houses but then perhaps I was raised in a less than typical way.

They've asked me to serve as Prefect for the Gryffindor House, so whatever any of you might need in terms of what has been happening you need only ask.

It hardly seems possible that I have been here for eight months. There are worse places to spend eight months certainly, and I have been fortunate to have some, if not all of my family here for much of this time and that certainly makes it easier to find a home here and feel as if one has settled into a new life. Perhaps too easy some Having traveled alone before, there is always a sense of transience when it is only you, no matter how nice the place that you are staying within.

Tenel Ka, it should be possibly noted that I have bought Allana a Bear. Perhaps we can float it for a while as entertainment instead of her?

My daughter has decided being floated in the air is the only thing that amuses her and stopping has not been allowed for the last half an hour.

She is most assuredly a Solo.

I have been thinking though, those of us with children here, or expectant mothers? It might be worth us getting together, swapping ideas, offering to watch each others children if needed? If anyone is interested, let me know.

You are in luck Tenel Ka, when I asked the coin if we should try to get Allana a baby dragon, it told me no.

This does make decisions very easy.

I must admit, I had missed dancing. And I was taken for very lovely food first.
