I've been sitting here thinking about plants.

Yes, the green leafy things that make everything in our world better and you know what? They do not get nearly as much appreciation as they deserve.

So.

Tomorrow morning I am going to host a plant brunch! Yes, we will have mimosas, and yes, you are encouraged to dress plant themed, and we are going to celebrate plants! I would have done a party tonight, but with Quidditch today, those parties come first!

Good luck to both teams and can't wait to see everyone tomorrow for brunch at 10:30 at Snoozle!

Well. That was interesting. I can't say I'm quite fond of being spirited off in my sleep, but at least I'm still the proper shape. I am glad to have people in the house again.

If we haven't met yet, I'm Molly Weasley. I teach home economics at the Day School. I have a large family, even though not as many of them are here, so I'm used to plenty of people about. Terribly unsure at the moment that this is for me. Even if hearing people talk about butterflies throughout the day was a lovely change of pace.

Not all attacks are happening at night, the Strigoi can enter buildings and houses if they aren't properly warded. Magic teams are going about doing just that - if you've got magic and you're not on a team but want to help, that's where we can use you. and if you've got religious symbols, please put them out where it's visible.

Be alert at all times, and minimize walking about in public, especially alone.

Stefan is currently considered a threat risk, and we've got a team tracking him. He can't enter houses without permission, but he can openly walk in daylight, so don't bloody trust him. We're doing everything in our power to get him back to normal.

Well. I'm proud to say I now know how to make tortilla chips. We may be having a lesson soon for my home economics students.

Today, however, we're going to have a fairly tale theme. I've been in the mood for some reading. It's been ages since I read The Fountain of Fair Fortune or Babbitty Rabbitty and her Cackling Stump. My son Ron loved that one when he was a little boy.

...Admittedly, I'm incredibly rusty and haven't been on a broom properly in years before we started training again.

You know how I can tell it's a Monday? Being run down before the day even starts, then it just drags on and on. You know, I'm usually really motivated at my job. I even got a battery and I don't think it's helping. And it sounds really bleeding dumb now that I've been thinking about it and writing it down.
