Fantastic match! I'm so proud of all of you, especially given all you reserves who stepped up and were amazing!

I know a lot of the team is currently busy with some other things, and we all shouldn't go out after dark, so, who wants to come to my place, wards will be in place to keep everyone safe, and we can party! I'll also figure out transportation to your own homes, safely whenever you want to go. I wonder if we can set up a floo-- Guests are welcome.

[Quidditch Team Captains (and Co-Caps)]

Three days til the official first game of the season! We're currently only announcing the games one month at a time, though I hope to have a game every weekend as we get into the swing of things. Trying to project too far in advance runs the risk of Atlantis wreaking havoc on any plans, so we're going to roll with it as best we can.

BUT SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT - I need you all to finalize your team colors, names, mascots, and all that within the next 48 hours. Teams 8 and 5 especially so we can rush your uniforms for Saturday's match. Any team that hasn't completed this process by Friday evening will have their details selected by yours truly (though I promise to be gentle). If you'd like to just skip the wait and have me select for you before then, say the word.

People are very emotional about milk today. I understand not wanting to be wasteful or make a mess, but please, calm down. Everything will be fine. Take a few deep breaths and be glad it was only milk you spilled and not wine!

GOOD MONDAY MORNING, ATLANTIS.

For those of you who've not noticed some of the signs posted around the city proper, here's your official reminder that our first Atlantis Quidditch match is this Saturday, the 16th. I hope you're excited to see the... Pegasus(?) vs the... Lynx(?) [gentle additional reminder for team captains to please finish your team names and such?] -- Team 8 vs Team 5. Doesn't quite have the oomph I was hoping for, but EXCITEMENT, because it's Quidditch.

Now if you'll excuse me, I seem to have spilled my drink and oh Merlin it's the worst feeling, I don't know what to do. oh great, now I'm crying. It's overwhelming because of the Quidditch, right? Or is it the milk? .. it's definitely the milk

I haven’t felt like this in a long time. I must say it feels nice, relieving almost. It feels like I can start over and forget about the past, and him. He did so many bad things to me, and I allowed them like a stupid girl who was madly in love. But now that I see things with a different perspective it shows me I can get over all those things and I can get over him.

I don't know why I suddenly felt like I could do this, but I bloody DID it. And they're amazing. I made wee cakes! I even made macarons. Do you know how many fights I've gotten into with macarons? My da loves them but every time I've tried to make them, they've been flat little disasters with no shine. Look at all these beauties.

I'm also seeing a bunch of people moving around at high speeds, so I'm assuming it's mission-related. Good luck to our friends and family! This can all wait until things have calmed down, certainly, but keeping this moving forward is also keeping me sane, so hopefully you don't mind.

I know team colors and mascots haven't all been chosen, but I have some really good (I think!) ideas for team uniforms. Do you have time to meet this week so I can show you what I'm working on? I'd like to get your approval before I get too deep into the project!

I've got a little form where I'd like you all to submit your team colors and other such sundry information. Once this is all collected and we've ensured we don't have eight teams all looking alike, we'll work with our designers for uniforms and merchandising (I mean why wouldn't you want people waving your team banners and representing at matches?).

The sooner the better on this information, as you know there's a lot of coordination involved. If you can't get your teams to chime in, you may need to make some executive decisions. That information can be entered HERE.

HELLO TEAM SIX, NAME TBD. Despite the suggestion of others, we won't be Ollie's Egos. I know, sorry. It's a good name, but that'd be a victory in the hands of our opponents already. But you're on the BEST team, I have great faith in you all. We'll be training vigorously, all of us. Reserves get to help with practise matches, we've gotta keep those skills sharp too. Injuries can happen, you may get pulled in at any time.

I'll let you chime in on suggestions for team colors, mascot/logo, or even the team name. Only a few days to hammer that out, though, I don't want us wasting quality practise time jawing over the particulars. I might be a bit of a hard ass on training from time to time and I apologise for that now. I promise it's just one of those on-the-field things. And when we win, all drinks for the night are on me!

Hey Sports Fans (and primarily Quidditch fans)! You've seen the signup sheets for the last month or so, and many, many of you have signed up. Those of us working on it (Katie, Benjy, take a bow) are pleased to see such an overwhelming response.

We've gone through all the signups and created a league of 8 teams. You can find the team rosters HERE. Check in with your team captains to introduce yourselves if you don't already know each other. Those captains will be responsible for scheduling practices on the pitch. We'll sort out a start date once all our pals are back from that mission they're all on, but practice can start whenever you're ready.

All right, Captains! You're responsible, as noted above, for getting your teams to practice and keeping them happy. Think of it like a School Simulation, you have to keep them motivated and operating towards a common goal. Don't bring your problems to me if you can't get them to behave. Swap them out with an reserve if they're not a team player.

You also get the FUN job, though. Come up with a team name. And team colors. And a mascot. Fun is best, but dumb will make me frown. Please don't make me frown.
