I consider myself a pretty resilient person, but the arena shit really got into my head. It's been hard to sleep unless I'm plying myself with alcohol. Not healthy, but fuck healthy. If I ever get my hands on a COS agent they'll be sorry. I've done shitty things in my life, but nothing compared to these assholes.

Hoping for a quiet June, at least. If it's not I'll be elbow deep in booze at the bar. When I'm not working, that is.

Thought I'd be immune to this Atlantis shit, but here I am with a fucking urge to water these fucking flowers out of cute ass watering cans. I sliced one in half, but another one showed up when I turned around.

How long is this supposed to last, exactly? I'm starting to get a collection of flower pots that's going to overflow my room.

[plot: ONE CHARACTER EACH wakes up this morning with an insane urge to go water flowers out of cute watering cans that can be found all over Atlantis.... Yes, this did happen the last two years, and if you find yourself doing it again you end up with thirty two flower pots in your room]

Despite the circumstances being on a covert mission helped to get me out of this slump I've been in.

Gone are the days where I spend my hours wallowing away in pity and sadness over the loss of my family and friends. From here on out I will be a much more productive member of society.

I did want to extend my thanks to those of you that kept me company during my drunken stupor. Your friendship means the world to me. *

I shall see this war through to honor my fellow Musketeers, wherever they may be.

As both a warrior for ages untold and one here now too, who's been through some sick shit and watched cared for ones go through it as well, I can tell they are trying to break our spirit and our morale. That's what the coma dreams were about, the kidnappings, the intake sabotage, and that's what that arena is about.

I was once broken and my little pieces backflipped into a deep dark hole out of which I climbed literal ages later, with a little help from my friends. Now I am the spiteful, contrary sort of shit that won't go back down there unless I damn well want to and I don't want to. They can't break me, I've been broken. It's the good thing about a really strong, deep sort of pain is it renders you sort of invincible after a fashion.

I know I'll probably piss some of you off even saying this shit, I can't tell you how to deal with your own trauma. I'm not trying to. But I can tell you in a way I get it, and I can ask you not to let them win. Do it for the greater good, yourself, your loved ones, out of spite even. Hold onto each other, cute animals, vices, whatever you have to. But don't let them break you.
