The good news is that I'm in the city.

I haven't slept this much since my last regeneration. So much for the god of sleep.

I apologize for my behavior of late. I've been a little out of my mind. To be fair, I've always been that way, but more so these past few weeks.

My name is John Watson, I've been here a couple of weeks now, more or less. Somebody, Jemma Simmons, referred me to you. She thought I might need to speak to somebody.

I've been through therapy before, I know what it entails.

I would've thought it was a dream, had I not been wide awake. There was a voice speaking inside my head, utter nonsense.

It wasn't a hallucination. I've been chosen. Some sort of prophecy. I'm to go on the next mission. My training begins, tomorrow.

I'm not prepared for this sort of thing.

Sod it all. I'm not going into work today. Might even take the whole week off. Anybody have a problem with that?

I had such a vivid dream last night, it felt like I'd traveled to another universe. Oddly enough, in my dream I was myself, but I'd become Sorcerer Supreme. I was interacting with people, some of which I recognized from here, and some people whose names were similar, but looked entirely different.

Why are all my Companions leaving? One by one. I'm starting to feel like it's a conspiracy. Who's next? Jack? Koschei? Or maybe one of the new friends I've made since I arrived?

Wiki says Rick and Morty are supposed to a parody of that time travel movie with that Delorean, but Rick's resemblance to me is so uncanny that I have to wonder. Binge watched both seasons of that, then went on to watch all of Stranger Things - is there anybody in Atlantis from that show? That was creepy. After that, for some comedy I tuned into a few historical documentaries so I can laugh at what they got all wrong.

I'm going to watch my Christmas Special next. Why not? I'll get to see what happens in my future.

Does anybody mind if I keep the door to Tower Three propped open? That would be the easier solution than being forced to answer trivia questions every bloody time you wanted to enter.

Sherlock, how did you grow a beard and mustache so quickly? And what's up with that red cape?

I need to ask you something. You're Sherlock's friend, I need to know what's bothering him. And please don't try to skirt around the issue, Sherlock is giving me enough of that. I've been with him long enough to know that something is wrong, but he keeps being dismissive, or avoids the issue. I've seen him like this before, but never so intense. Did something happen to him here?

Happy New Year. Which is odd to write, since just yesterday, it was nowhere near the first of January. I'm still trying to wrap my head around what is going on, but at least Sherlock is around.
