Yesterday, COS was defeated. We have a handful of field agents still locating any COS agents hiding or on the run. Every last one that remains in this city will be found and captured. Captain Snow is dead, and the war on the battlefield is now over. The effort of every single person whether you actively fought or not was felt, and Atlantis owes you a great debt. This war could not have been won without those of you that have stayed and fought for our lives here and back home.

Wars leave scars, however, and this one is no different. Over the last couple of weeks, we've lost loved ones, teammates, friends, and family. Countless more are injured. Those that we've lost will be honored with memorials, but if close friends and family would like to pay their respects in private in addition to this, please do so. For those that were close to the names of the fallen listed below*, you have my deepest sympathies and condolences. Their sacrifices will never be forgotten.

Please take the time you need to grieve and to recover. All training will be on hold. Do not hesitate to reach out for help if you find yourself needing it in whatever capacity. Over the next several weeks, we will rebuild, and this information will be provided at a later date. For most of us, Atlantis has become our home, and it will continue to be our home for as long as we choose to stay.

There is still a great deal to be decided over the coming weeks, but if anyone has any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to come to me.

It has been an honor to fight alongside all of you.

As most of you already know, Intake is completely destroyed. It's a miracle we didn't have anyone killed down there. The roads in and out of the city are also completely destroyed. I'm not making it publicly known that the path to Mako is still safe.

I'll be alerting everyone in Atlantis shortly.

Pike, take the lead on organizing whoever you need to get it up and running. Hathaway, I want you to do the same keeping them safe, Stark & Roberts assist however you can. Johnson, I know you've worked on the technology a great deal, share any information you have while working with anyone who might be able to help.

Dragomir, see what kind of chatter you can pick up.

Burkle, Fitzsimmons, do what you do in making sure the injured are okay.

Carter - I want Alpha to protect the City, set your teams up.

Anderson & Shepard. I want both of your groups of teams focused on how the hell COS Got in in the first place. Anderson, if you want to explore the destroyed roads in and out to start with and work your way back to the Base, Shepard, start at the base. Do whatever you need to do to get intel.

There is a lot of panic out there and I know your guys are busy, but can you put two of your people at all times watching the path to Mako? I don't want to draw eyes that it's still okay or get attention there. I don't think COS knows about it.

ENCRIPTED TO EVERYONE'S DEVICES

COS hit us hard this morning and we are going to fight back.

Intake has been destroyed. Until we can get it back up and running there is no getting in or out of Atlantis.

Roads in and out of the city have also been destroyed. Field Agents and PD will be around to help how we can.

This isn't a good time for anyone to go running off on their own, stick together, travel with each other. Try and stick in pairs or more.

Report anything strange you see and stay safe.

Is it customary for the devices to just change shape?

My finger nearly got caught when it changed earlier.

PLOT: ♆ - All devices turn into rotary style phone for an hour today (up to you when it happens).

Have you ever realized just how fascinating kale is? Like it's so wrinkly but then it tastes good when you cook it up .. especially with shallots and mushrooms... or kale chips.. those would be good right now. or cookies... chocolate chip cookies not kale cookies...

I'm going to blow something up.

PLOT: ♆ - TWO CHARACTER EACH wakes up this morning and finds they wake up as a Care Bear, yes, you are either a Care Bear or a Care Bear cousin... The only problem is, is that you're not completely sure which Care Bear you are! You have emotions and inclinations towards the one you are, but you must figure out who you are to free yourself from the Care Bear, and free to Care Bear from you! You have 4 days to figure it out!

Anyways, I'm PJ Halliwell, new arrival, as I'm sure is easy to tell. I'm an Inspector, or rather I guess I'll be a detective here. Inspector is such a better wor-.

What are the top three places to get food here? I feel like that's the important stuff to figure out.

How does anyone figure out if something going on here is in their heads or real? And if it's real, something to worry about? This clown keeps freaking me out, but the worst part is when I go after it and it's gone. Starting to feel real damn crazy.

Anyone going to trivia night? Figure it'll be a decent distraction.

Now that I've been here a little while and have actually seen some of the strange things that go on.

Out of curiosity, what are the top three weirdest things that have happened?

New universe, new dress. Atlantis, you're fast. And you're lucky that I'm fast too. Point me in the direction of the fight and let's end this.
