Save Atlantis RPG

I am a man of few words as anyone who knows me will tell you. I also don't talk that openly about my feelings outside my family but this seemed like a good time to say a few things.

To all who lost someone, you have my condolences. It's never easy to lose someone you love and while I didn't know all of the fallen, I lost some good friends. Sharon and Becker especially will be missed, their support and trust in me meant a lot, and their leadership got us through this incredibly tough time and they gave their all for us. I am going to do my best to honor the memory of those we lost by working as hard as I can to continue to make sure this place is a safe place for all of us.

To Lissa and Neal, congratulations on your marriage. I am glad that I got to share the day with you both. Lissa means a great deal to me and my family so Neal, we'll be watching. Alhough maybe you should be more worried about Rose than me. Seriously though, many wishes for a long and happy life together.

To my family. I don't tell you often enough how much I love you but I do. Each of you has brought something special to my life and I am incredibly grateful for it. Roza, you are and always be the love of my life, Alex and Taisia, you are such wonderful young women and I don't tell you enough how much you mean to me. Ivan, you can't read this but one day your mother will show it to you and tell you that your father is a sap. You were such a wonderful surprise and I am loving watching you grow. Abe and Janine, thank you for accepting me, and for being there for us so many times. Ivan adores you both and I'm glad that you'll get to spend more time with him.

To everyone in Atlantis, it is time to move forward and that's not easy bu we can do this. This place has been good to me and I am glad to be a part of it.

I'd forgotten how much I like different kinds of ciders. I am not a huge fan of the lavender infused ones, but otherwise, pretty good.

I guess random awesome houses are a thing now. I went out for a run yesterday and came back to a really great house with all mine, Dimitri and Ivan's stuff in it. Mom, there's a separate suite set up with your stuff in it, too, so I guess Atlantis decided you're staying with us. I mean, if you want to.

Look, you're both adults and I get it if you don't want to live with your parents, but if you do want to, there's plenty of space.

I don't know why the clouds are green today but it's been very hard getting Ivan to do anything but but watch them. And ask if we can take him up there. I agree they're very pretty but sadly I can't fly.

Yesterday was... freeing in some ways.

But I'm glad all my underwear is back. I paid A LOT of money for some of it.

Having the trees discussing my training techniques has been a bit strange but it's much better than earlier in the week when I was a human mood ring. Although Ivan thought it was amazing. I think he was a litle disappointed when it stopped.

Do the trees here normally chitchat to each other? I just caught one sassing about the coverage of leaves another one has and that it'll just be wasted when winter makes its way back around.

Okay, the first one was kind of funny, but I think I’ve changed colors six times now. Is anyone else lighting up like... I don’t know, a damn mood ring?

[TWO CHARACTERS EACH eat something this morning and within in an hour their skin is starting to change colors, but it's not just changing color for fun! It's changing color by emotion. (So far, Claire has been: dark purple though no one saw that, teal, yellow green, orange red, lemon yellow, cyan.]

I'm sorry I haven't written in so long. Life got a little crazy, which I guess is the usual here in Atlantis. I wish I could tell you about it, but you know were not supposed to give out information about us -- which if you ask me is a little stupid.

I've never owned a dog either, but seeing all those people getting new puppies and dogs a little while ago made me want to get one. Maybe I do.

Dear Fairydust,

I hope this finds you well. I haven't done anything very exciting in the last few days but that is not necessarily a bad thing given some of the things that Atlantis likes to throw at us. Mostly I have been trying not to let all the barking bother me. I don't suppose it's giving away too much information to say that I have never owned a dog so I'm not used to the noise. If I did own a dog, it would only be one which would not be as loud.

I know that this is small potatoes comapred to what's going on elsewhere but for some reaosn, all my clothes are purple today. I can change clothes and they're still purple. Atlantis has no lost its since of humor apparently.

I feel like a human grape.

You're not gonna believe this - or maybe you will, this being Atlantis - but everyone we just watched "die" on our damn screens is here in medical. They're alive. They seem to be okay, but my people are checking them all out. I'd like to keep them overnight for observation.

Mom, I assume you have patrol shifts of your own, but with all hands on deck and me and Dimitri both patrolling full time until this is over, we're going to need help with Ivan. I know there's the daycare, but I'd feel better leaving him with someone I trust family, if we can work out a schedule around all of our jobs or whatever.

We tracked one of the creatures down along the beach and trapped it. Despite our efforts to keep it alive and get some answers, it died. I don't see that as much of a loss but We burned the corpse.

Eliot celebrated our partial success by taking a surprise nap so we need to get him somewhere safe now. As soon as that's done, I will be taking a nap of my own getting a few minor wounds cleaned up and checking on Leonardo, but I will be available to help any other teams soon enough.

[AWAY FROM STEFAN SALVATORE]

Not all attacks are happening at night, the Strigoi can enter buildings and houses if they aren't properly warded. Magic teams are going about doing just that - if you've got magic and you're not on a team but want to help, that's where we can use you. and if you've got religious symbols, please put them out where it's visible.

Be alert at all times, and minimize walking about in public, especially alone.

Stefan is currently considered a threat risk, and we've got a team tracking him. He can't enter houses without permission, but he can openly walk in daylight, so don't bloody trust him. We're doing everything in our power to get him back to normal.

I won't stay at the hospital long - the one attacked this morning is my bo b - er, best mate. He'll be alright, just in the hospital for a little while. I'll catch back up with you in a few minutes.

I've got a few thoughts on magic that can help us trap him, but we could use a list of all of his abilities?

Scorpius was attacked this morning. He's- Well, he's alive, but bad off. As much as I want to, I can't stay at the hospital right now, can someone please come sit with him? Take turns? Please- I don't

Normally it'd take three bloody bears to wrestle me away from his bed, but I'm on the team helping to hunt the newest problem.
