Ooh, that angel food cake was absolutely scrummy! I enjoyed it immensely, though I ate far too much. I feel like a nice sit down and perhaps a glass of wine.

I woke up find I had been gifted a bicycle by Atlantis. It's very entertaining and learning to ride it was exciting. I fell off many times. I find I still prefer a horse though. My Phobos is far better than a bicycle.

In the spirit of 'Atlantis giveth, Atlantis taketh and Atlantis screws around with all of us', there was an entire case of my favourite tea waiting for me this morning.

Tony, there was also a case of some sort of very expensive coffee, which I presume is for you. Don't drink it all at once. There was also a case of juice pops, that I'm assuming is for Morgan.

Frankly, after everything that's happened this month, it was a very nice gift to receive.

It has been an honour, my friends. I am considering returning home. My time spent here has been slight and I have made several friends amongst you.

I do not depart you empty handed, though. I have been told my words mean much to many of you here and I should like that even more of you partake in my thoughts. Therefore, I leave you with the beginnings of a story about an unlikely hero and his adventures.

I also have spent the days crafting stories about your lives here. If you wish to say anything before I depart, I encourage you to do so here. Thank you, my friends.

Well now, Atlantis has been awfully kind. It seems to have brought my bookshop here. I wonder if its contents are as they should be?

That battle was positively awful. I had hoped to never have to fight again after... well, you know.

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to contact you but I rather foolishly got a little carried away and paid the price for it. It was awful and terribly painful.

That was a battle the likes of which I have rarely seen. Perhaps my grandfather's final battle, his 300 Spartans against the Persians, might have been of the same ilk. I can't say I like being injured but I am being treated kindly and if I must be confined, then it is not such a hardship to spend time with such fine fellow warriors. Doubtless we would all like to be elsewhere though!

I could do with a cheeseburge I'm not good at motivational speeches, but you all did pretty damn amazing considering how quickly we were stormed.

I'm sorry for everybody that we lost.

The weather today has been exciting. I've always enjoyed storms, especially when I was a boy. My mater once called me a child of Zeus, which is generally not something one jokes about. However, I can safely say that I am not a child of Zeus.

I have great respect for my mother, but having her voice come out of my mouth was rather disconcerting. It has left me wondering just what she would make of Atlantis.

Right illustriousnesses it's time for another mission. I'll be with you, I'll be around and I will be functionally drunk so you can count on me. Remember the basics: the moment someone is downed on the arena they get put in the white room and we're up. The medically inclined, move them to medical afterwards. I've got maps of the area and strategic infill/exfill points pinpointed if you need.

Everyone who has been/has people affected by the island thing: I know it's hard to hold off on doing anything, I've got "if only I had done X" tattooed on my soul but this isn't a second chance or a do-over. Bear in mind that despite the mental trauma it did turn out mostly all right. Don't fuck this up, okay? They'll be okay and so will we.

Let's do our best to stay hidden, do the thing, be big sexy heroes. I'll buy you drinks and comfort food when we're done.
