Well, it's official, I once again have a cat. I think Manicotti will be happier with the simple fact I'm around more than I was when travelling through the gate all the time.

Skipping school/work today to have a party in the snow. All bears invited. People can come too if they bring us more cheeseburgers, we're out.

Also we need music.


Oh and there's an adoption event tomorrow at the Animal Shelter, and you can't adopt a bear but you can adopt a cute little guy like Button, so you should do that. We have puppies, dogs, cats, kittens, birds, snakes and a hamster, so you can join in on swapping with your pet next time Atlantis pulls that shit.

Well! That was an unexpected way to spend my morning, but very exhilarating. I need one of my own now, I think, even if it is nowhere near accurate!


Perhaps I could make one that is actually atomically correct. I won't lock anyone in a room until they complete it, but it could be fun to try and fish out metatarsals from a foot without getting buzzed.

Considering it was snowing like crazy yesterday, I have no idea why Atlantis thought that I should be walking around with forget me nots and passing them out to people. According to the instructions or the impulse or whatever you call it, I was supposed to give them to people I cared about that I wanted to remember me. Giving them all to Sam crossed my mind but of course that didn't work. So if you didn't get one from me, it doesn't mean I don't care, it just means I ran out.

I'm sorry Daniel seems to have vanished again. I know you two were close, if there is anything I can do, I'm always here.

I've got to say that this Crafts Festival is one of my favorites of the year.

The true test of camaraderie is managing to play Mario Party and not hating each other.

For the record, bringing anything into a realm where it doesn't exist naturally to save it (or for any goddamn reason) is a terrible idea. You've essentially taken your standard deterministic nonlinear system and tossed new and outrageous possible consequences into the fray, along with glitter and weapons and the kitchen sink. And tights, judging by the number of superheroes.

That aside, for my first time being an anomaly in a realm where I shouldn't exist, I'm enjoying the wine and the furnishings. You've clearly spared no expense.

I sort of expected the Lost City of Atlantis to be a bit more...y'know. Lost. With a lot more pillars.

I'm MJ and I have no idea why I was brought here to fight a war. I don't fight. It's sort of against my moral code and wars usually include innocent people dying because they're on the wrong side by the sin of where they were born. So, point me in the direction of the library.

Looks like I'm stuck spending the night in Medical. I thought I could shake this off but it won't go away. I hope it's not something we brought back with us. I feel like I've been hit by a truck.

Name is Reyes Vidal. I arrived Saturday; spent the weekend vetting your bars to see if they had promise. Atlantis. Not exactly what I pictured in my head from the stories, but nothing ever is. Fewer fish. More heroes. About the same number of sirens. I've been placed as a field agent, but I'll be seeking part-time employment elsewhere. People person, you know how it is.

I'm from the Milky Way galaxy, although recently have been calling Kadara Port in Andromeda home, deadly home. It's always had a charm about it, as long as you like acid pools and people who cheat at cards. Although as of late, it's just the latter thanks to one Sara Ryder. If she's said anything unkind about me - believe it all.

As strange a home as Atlantis is, I'm actually glad to be back here. I think I was going a little stir-crazy in Colorado.

This summer has certainly been a busy one thus far. And thanks to the hard work of everyone at Peak this month might just be our busiest and most exciting yet.

As I was finalizing the class schedule for this month I came across the quote above by B.K.S. Iyengar. I'd written it down when I began my own journey years ago. So, for those who have yet to embark on their journey of self discovery there's no time like the present. Take a look at our updated class schedule for the month and then take that first step towards a happier more self fulfilled you. For our returning journeyers I ask that you also re-familiarize yourself with the calendar as it has changed quite a bit from last months and the months before that. Pre-registration is not required though we do encourage it.

There is one date in particular that I believe both newcomers and returning journeyers should make note of. And that would be the addition of a new class at 12pm next Wednesday, August the 8th. Peak will be partnering with the local Animal Shelter and offering a very special Puppy Yoga Class. There's truly nothing on earth that can compare to the experience of sharing a downward dog pose with man's best friend.
