I love Teddy and James's relationship. Like, how perfect they are they are talking about maybe bringing someone to their bed while they are brushing their teeth. I love the domesticity of it all.
I love all the details you gave of the background, with Teddy thinking of Scorpius being 14 and awkward and his own crushes – on Harry! OH MY GOD. Thank you for that. I hope James knows and from time to time gives him hell for it. LOL
But I love no one was safe from him when he got crushed. Just, and then James, and how James was so different from the beginning and definitely the best idea Teddy had – that opening paragraph was beautiful, let me tell you! <3333
