Wow! I'm so sorry i missed this when you first posted, my dear, but I can only conclude that like Rolanda and Minerva, the story has gotten even more wonderful with age. For a supposed "PWP," this fic is already a marvel of atmosphere and spot-on characterization, not only of Minerva and Ro, but also of all the lovely cameos. Love the Weasley's advertising jingle, and you do a perfect job of establishing the tedium of year-after-year ceremonies (I speak from experience here; I've been so bored at such events that I've had to entertain myself by mentally putting all the states in alphabetical order or thinking of every song I know that has a city name in the lyrics. So I totally get Septima).
