I have to say, the title of this piece comes off as incredibly ironic given the actions of Snape in it. On the surface, sure, he's defiling the body of his enemy, debasing it, and in that respect, I suppose one could say, he's won.
But underneath that, there's really nothing victorious about it. In reality, he's nothing more than a bitter, lonely man, still mired in the past, masturbating into the empty shell of someone who's no longer there. If anyone is defiled by the acts he performs, it's himself, Sirius is long gone. Far from a victory, at least in my reading.
I'm not sure if that was the intent here, but that's what I came away with. Interesting and strangely depressing read.
