I love the tangled web of deception here. This is a really good Narcissa, too, nice mixture of vulnerability and Slytherin powergaming. It's a very telling moment when she tries to deflect Pansy's eagerness to get in good with Voldemort -- she wants to protect others from living the life she's had to live. I think that's the key to Narcissa's personality and motivations, and you captured it here.
