Oh, that was great. First of all, guffaw at Accio Nasty. I loved the way Hermione didn't mentally approve of this fantasy, but found herself getting into it despite herself. This was a great line:
That was the most difficult thing about playing parts: staying in character, when all she wanted to do was give in and jump Ron’s bones.
The humour in this made it very real, the fact they got distracted, and broke role, and squicked each other at one point. I felt you had a real affection for both of them, and for their partnership. And it was nice to read about a slightly out of shape 40-something being uninhibited and very much appreciated by her partner.
