Oooh, two things I love: powerful!Molly and ambiguity.

I love the opening and the sense of dread we get from Molly that continues right through to the end, along with that tiny, guilty frisson of relief when the reader realizes that a) the Coopers aren't going to upset the apple cart and b) maybe Molly didn't actually kill them.
