Yes, I seem to be incapable of just writing smut without some sort of background or set up. *sigh* I really did mean for this to be 1500 words of smut, but my muse just wouldn't cooperate. *laughs* At least it made sense, though, which I am pleased about. :) This Remus was fun to write, I admit. I don't write much Marauders era fic since I'm not fond of what they did to Severus, but this really was enjoyable to do. Thanks again for the kind, thoughtful comments, my dear. :)
