This story just completely made me happy, it was so gorgeous. I loved how you describe Neville starting as a teacher and how he tries to learn to call everybody by their first name. Simply adored the background on the teachers and the description on how their lives are at the school, like that the Potion master is expected to spike the punch, these sort of details is what really makes it for me. And the scene in the library was incredibly hot but also so funny. Loved the description of Minerva and Pomona's bodies, particularly this "It made a corona of fine fuzzy curls round her shoulders, which were sloped with decades of attention to stems and shoots but strong with digging and pruning." All the references you have to plants and growing things in the way Neville sees things made me overly delighted :-) And all the bantering and unspoken interaction going on between the women is so utterly delicious I just wanted to read more! Thank you for this gem of a story :-)
